PH42686: EGL.PARTIALTERMINATESESSION METHOD PREVENTS THE VISUAL EDITOR FROM REFRESHING

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• It's observed that the egl.partialTerminateSession method
  prevents the Visual Editor from refreshing with updated property
  values or widget locations when those values are changed due to
  a missing null check.
  
  The null check is performed within the second loop but not the
  first so an exception occurs and the RUIHandler is never fully
  destroyed and is then redisplayed with the prior values.
