Prometheus sends HTTP queries to the HSM for Windows network service, hsmnet. The network service does not answer the HTTP requests, so Prometheus cannot collect data, and Grafana cannot display data curves. Affected Products: IBM Spectrum Protect HSM for Windows client 8.1.12.0
