APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When users create a new scheduler or edit an existing one, the
  scheduler execution does not start.
  The Control Center and the IBM RPA Agent Service do not show any
  errors, but nothing happens once the scheduled execution time
  arrives.
  

Local fix

• After creating or editing the scheduler, restart the IBM RPA
  Service in the client. This forces the machine to update their
  schedules, so future executions work. This needs to be done
  every time a scheduler is created or updated.

  * When the request to fetch the schedules failed, the service  *
  * was clearing all schedules from the machine.                 *
  * This was due to instabilities in the network that caused the *
  * fetch request to fire multiple times.                        *
  * We removed the functionality to clear schedules when the     *
  * request failed and added a semaphore to not allow two        *
  * simultaneous updates.                                        *

  * Upgrade to a release that includes this APAR.                *
