• Error to remove  parameters in Tenant
  
  - When trying to remove parameters under scripts, user gets
  message = ?PARAMETERS An error occurred. Try again later?
  

Local fix

• Do not reopen JR63670, but flag this new APAR as "ZE=C"
  indicating that it is for an issue incompletely corrected in a
  prior APAR
  it re-implements the web client side fixes from JR63670 for
  post-21.0.0 versions
