IT39204: UNABLE TO DO FILE LEVEL RESTORES FOR WINDOWS SERVER 2016 GUESTS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On Windows Server 2016 guest, an unspecified error may occur
  during "IBM Spectrum Protect file restore interface (FLR Web
  GUI)" authentication:
  "An error occurred during authentication. Try to log in again.
  If the problem persists, contact your administrator".
  
  During FLR Web GUI login, the system checks whether the guest OS
  is represented in the list of supported guest platforms.
  Windows Server 2016 is one of the supported platforms, but it is
  missing in the list.
  
  
  Customer/Support Diagnostics:
  
  The mount proxy (MP) trace shows that the MP failed to find the
  guest VM with using IP address, as below:
