PH41617: CA 11.2.X ISSUE RELATED TO RENDERING OF THE DIACRITICAL MARKS FOR THAI LANGUAGE SCRIPT CHARACTERS

Error description

• -Issue is demonstrated as following:
  
  1.The diacritical marks for Thai language script characters are
  getting moved one character place further to the right in the
  script text and above next character which is not supposed to
  have diacritical mark.
  
  2.The diacritical marks for Thai language script characters are
  getting removed and additional space is getting introduced in
  the script text splitting single Thai language word into two
  words, (two parts).
  
  Those issues making Thai language text sentence to lose
  original expression meaning.
