APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In Workflow authoring, the team editor allows authors to search
for users to be added to a team. The editor searches in user
names (used for login) only.

Local fix

  • Use a different user interface, such as Process Admin Console to
 search for users by full name and copy the username value.

Problem summary

  • The API invoked by the editor did not specify the "search in
full names" parameter.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is included that allows searching for full names. The
result  list will display both: username and full name.
