Error description

  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    
    Work Execution work center - Unable to pause work order
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    ----------------------
    SETUP: Maximo application server is using (UTC+10:00) Canberra,
    Melbourne, Sydney
    i.e. the user in New Zealand is running ahead of the Maximo
    server time
     
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go to Start Center in Maximo (Desktop)
    2. Go to Profile icon on top right hand side
    3. Select Default Information
    4. Go to Time Zone field and set the time zone
    to "Pacific/Auckland" (GMT +12 DST/Y) Auckland, Wellington  
    5. Log out and log back in to Maximo (Desktop)
    6. Go to Work Execution application
    7. Click the Start button
    8. Leave the work type as "Actual work time" and click Start
    button
    9. Click the Stop button
    10. When asked to change work order to complete, Click "No, Stop
    only"
    11. Click the Stop button
    12. Click the Done button when presented with start time and
    Stop time
    
    ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR:  Receive error: "BMXAA2641E - You cannot enter
    actual labor with future dates and times."
    
    EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:  No error. Time should be recorded

    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
