APAR status

Error description

  • FlashSystem A9000 probes fail due to an internal Null Pointer
    Exception, which occurs when parsing the data returned from the
    device.
    Internal failure details:
    probe-data-processor-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxx probe-data-processor

    The failure occurs because Storage Insights fails to parse the
    output due to a null value:
