Error description

  • In Graphical Scheduler app, Graphical View tab, appears
    workorder records
from other Organization are returned other than the one in the
    scheduler
where clause. This occurs when an enviroment is multi
organization and same wonum's might exists in two different
    sites and/or orgs.

    Steps to replicate:

PRERREQUISITES: In the systems there must be 2 work orders with
    the same wonum but for
    different sites/organizations.
These 2 work orders must have planned labor records created
with Crew Type specified (in order to check the case, is better
that the crew types are different between the work orders)

Here are the steps to replicate the issue:
    Log in as WILSON
    Go to Work Order Tracking
Go to Profile link, Default Information link and check that user
    WISLON has the
Default Insert Site set to BEDFORD which is in Org EAGLENA
Insert a new work order record, edit wonum from default value
    and insert MPMM
Go to the Plans tab and scroll down to the Labor sub-tab and
    click New Row
Enter a CRAFT=ELECT and save record

Now go to Profile, Default Information for user WISLON and
    ensure that the
Default Insert Site is set to CHILEHDQ which is in Org EAGLESA
Insert a new work order record, edit wonum from default value
    and insert MPMM
Go to the Plans tab and scroll down to the Labor sub-tab and
    click New Row
Enter a Crew Type=TEST and save record (you may need to
hyperlink to the Crew Type application and insert a new crew
type record for EAGLESA, if one does not already exist. Fill in
required fields and leave any defaults)
    Save record

Go to the Graphical Scheduling application and insert a new
    record
    Leave all defaults, Calendar=DAY / EAGLENA, Shift=DAY,
    Organization is auto-filled with EAGLENA
Under Work Queries click New Row, Data Source=WORKORDER, Query
    Name=My work order,
    Where Condition=(wonum like '%wonum_from_above%' and
siteid='BEDFORD' and status not in ('CLOSE','CANCEL') and
    historyflag=0)
    Save record
Click on the Graphical View tab

RESULT: Scroll down to Resources data area
Despite the Organization=EAGLENA on the header of the main tab
and the Where Condition entered the Crew Type from the wonum in
    EAGLESA is returned and displayed

    EXPECTED RESULT:
The results should be restricted to the EAGLENA organization and
should not display info from a work order in another
Organization even though the same wonum is in use and a Crew
    Type is specified

NOTE: If a CRAFT is used on the work order in CHILEHDQ, EAGLESA
then the Craft is not seen in Graphical Scheduler, this ONLY
occurs when a Crew Type is used on the PLanned Labor line
    .
