  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Enable audit for the table where tax attributes are present,
  eg: PO.
  
  
  
  2. Then, try to add/modify tax in database configuration to 13
  where before it is 12, you will  see the error.
  
  
  BMXAA0596E - A row cannot be added because this object is not
  editable.
  
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  
  Error BMXAA0596E when trying to increase the number of tax types
  in Database Configuration when audit is enabled for that object.
  
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  Should be able to increase the number of tax types in Database
  Configuration when audit is enabled for that object.
