IJ36096: MAS 8.4 - CANNOT SETUP DOCLINKS USING CLOUD OBJECT STORAGE

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
  
  Cannot configure the mxe.cosbucketname property through
  systems.properties as the current and global values are
  readonly.  When attempting to create a COS bucket with the
  globle Value name COS throws a message that an Object Store with
  that name already exists, which apparently it does someplace,
  just not in our account.
  
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
  
  Login to Maximo Manage
  Access the System Properties Application
  Filter the list using mxe.cosbucketname
  attempt to change the current value.
  
  RESULTS
  
  Not working / There needs to be a dbc script to update the
  liverefresh and onlinechanges in maxprop to 1 for this property.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS
  
  Changes to take effect.
