Troubleshooting
Problem
Running a Chore within Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) fails with Chore Execution failed, error code: 278. You will not see this message in either Architect/Perspectives. However, if you check the tm1server.log file, you will see the Chore executed successfully.
Cause
If any one of the processes within the Chore fails with a Minor error, the Chore will throw this error within workspace.
Resolving The Problem
You will need to review the tm1server.log file to see which process in the Chore fails with a minor error and fix it. The minor error is ignored and the execution continues to the next line, hence the chore completes successfully.
