IJ36095: MEASUREPOINTWOGENCRONTASK CRON TASK CREATES DUBPLICATE WORK ORDERS

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  Every time the MeasurePointWoGenCronTask cron task executes, it
  creates a new work order disregarding the fact that it already
  generated one for the same measure point.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  01. Login to Maximo
  02. Go to Assets | Condition Monitoring
  03. Click New
  04. In the Asset field, select Go to Assets
  05. Click New
  06. Enter an asset name
  07. Click Save
  08. Change the Status to Active
  09. Select Return with Value
  10. In the Meter field, select the Go to Meters
  11. Click New
  12. Enter a Meter Name
  13. Select CHARACTERISTIC as Meter Type
  14. Select a domain
  15. Save
  16. Select Return with Value
  17. In the Upper Warning Limit field, enter 100
  18. In the Upper Action Limit field, enter 120
  19. In the PM field, select Go to PM
  20. Click New
  
  21. In the Asset field, select the same asset as Step ##
  22. Select the Job Sequence tab
  23. In the Job Plan field, select a job plan
  24. Click Save
  25. Change status to Active
  26. Select Return with Value
  27. Click Save
  
  28. Go to System Configuration | Platform Configuration| Cron
  Task Setup
  29. Filter for and select MeasurePointWoGenCronTask
  30. Configure it to run every 5 mins
  31. Make it Active
  
  32. Go to Assets | Assets(Tr)
  33. Filter for and select the asset
  34. In the More Actions section, select Meter Reading -> Enter
  Meter Readings
  35. In the New Reading field, enter 120
  36. Click Ok
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  MeasurePointWoGenCronTask should only create one work order
  
  ACTUAL RESULT:
  Every 5 minutes when MeasurePointWoGenCronTask executes, it
  creates a new work order
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  IBM Maximo for Transportation 7.6.2.6
