Error description

  • DESCRIPTION:
    
    The GL Account option at the Service Request Work Center
    doesn't go to the Location associated with the Ticket.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) At the Self Service Work Center view -
    http://maximohost/maximo-x/#/selfservice/new
    
    (i) Create a New Service Request; Cat
    egory: Outdoor; Describe the Issue: Outdoor Lights; Click Next;
    Affected Person: MAXADMIN; Click Next;
    
    (ii) Add a photo or video of the Issue: NO;
    
    (iii) Select Location: Needham Site; Boiler Room; HVAC System-
    Main Office; Circulation Fan #2- Main Office HVAC; Set Location;
    
    
    (iv) Select Asset: Circulation Fan- Centrifugal/20/000 CFM
    (11240); Select Asset;
    
    (v) Submit Request
    
    2) At the Active Requests tab of Work Center Service Request
    view; Click on the recently created Service Request; "Outdoor
    Lights";
    (i) Click on Location; Observe the Location Details and an Asset
    associated to this location.
    
    (ii) The location is "Circulation Fan #2- Main Office HVAC,
    BR240, BEDFORD".
    (iii) Under GL Account Tile, click on the option called "Open".
    
    RESULT:
    
    Observe it navigates to the Locations Application, However it
    doesn't directly go to the Location which is associated with the
    Ticket.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    
    The GL Account Tile Open link, navigates to the Locations
    Application but doesn't directly go to the Location which is
    associated with the Ticket. In this case, it should be BR240.
