Troubleshooting

Problem

When attempting to import an application, you see an error saying the specified file is not a valid application export file.

Cause

One of the files within the .zip file is incorrect

Resolving The Problem

An application export would be a .zip file which contains 3 files. They are called app.admin, app.definition and app.security.
You need to extract the contents of the file you have and check if you see the 3 extensions. However, you will see an app.model file instead of a app.definition file.
You will need to rename the file (model extension to definition) and then produce a .zip file and import it into Application Web.
