Error description

• In generic-jrules-res-management-<version>.jar the statistic_min
  value is translated incorrectly in
  ilog/rules/res/console/jsf/LocalizationResources_fr.properties.
  
  
  
  Namely, it is translated as it was the maximum instead of the
  minimum
  
  "Durée maximale" is used instead of "Durée minimale"
  

Local fix

• Edit the
  ilog/rules/res/console/jsf/LocalizationResources_fr.properties
  in the generic-jrules-res-management-<version>.jar and repackage
  the war file for the RES console with the corrected label.
