JR63757: DELETING A PROJECT DOES NOT USE THE LONG TRANSACTION TIMEOUT

Error description

• If you are deleting a large project, then it could result in a
  transaction timeout if it takes more than the default
  transaction timeout. You might see the following stack in the
  SystemOut.log:

Local fix

• Temporarily increase the default-transaction-timeout to a large
