APAR status

Error description

  • Steps to reproduce:
    
    1. Create a new SR using email listener.
    
    
    Go to the Service Requests application and create a new SR via
    email listener.
    
    The email contains attachments and they show up correctly in the
    newly created SR.
    
    2. Update an existing SR using an email listener.
    
    
    Go to the Service Requests application and open an existing
    SR. Update the SR via the email listener.
    
    The email contains attachments, but those attachments do not
    show up correctly in the SR.
    
    
    Current results:
    
    In both scenarios the attachments can be seen in the comm log
    tab on the respective SR. But with the updated SR they are not
    visible when clicking on the attachment icon in the SR.
    
    Expected results:
    
    The attachments should be visible for both scenarios.
    
    
    Environment:
    
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
