Error description

  • Problem Description
Inspection required flag are not getting selected when PR/PO is
generated by reorder if Item Master has not the inspection
required selected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

. Go to >> Purchasing >> Companies application
. Bring up BEARING
. Check the 'Inspection Required' flag
. Save

. Go to >> Inventory >> Item Master
. Bring up 217215
. Make sure 'Inspection Required' is NOT selected.

. Go to >> Inventory >> Inventory
. Bring up 217215
. More Actions >> Reorder >> Reorder Item
. Check the flag for 'Ignore Reorder Point'
. A PR will generate for the Primary/Default vendor and the
'Inspection Required' flag will be set on the PR header vendor.
. On the PR line generated by reorder, the 'Inspection Required'
checkbox is unchecked.

RESULTS:

Inspection Required is not selected
EXPECTED RESULTS:

User expects to get the 'Inspection Required' flag selected in
PR in order to have item inspection in receipt application.
