Problem
Error in TM1 Perspectives while trying to create a new Active Form:
Run-time error '1004'
Method 'Calculation' of object '_Application' failed
Cause
There is a Personal Macro Workbook: file called PERSONAL.XLSB in \XLSTART folder ( C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\excel\XLSTART )
and there is no default workbook opened in Excel.
Resolving The Problem
Open a default Excel workbook ( File --> New ) before trying to create a new Active Form.
