This is an End of Support announcement, that starting December 31st, 2018, IBM will no longer support IBM XIV Storage System Gen 2 (model A14) software versions 10.2.4.x

Starting December 31st, 2018, IBM will no longer support IBM XIV Storage System Gen 2 (model A14) software versions 10.2.4.
By this action IBM withdraws support of the IBM XIV Storage System Gen 2 code stream.
Customers are encouraged to migrate to IBM FlashSystem A9000 or A9000R, IBM's advanced storage systems.
