APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If a robot write too much in a log (enough to create more 1 log
    file), only the last one is uploaded to the Web Client, it being
    necessary to pick up the Bot.log files on the machine itself.
    
    These files are with extension .log, .log1, .log2, .log3,
    popping up a new file.
    

Local fix

  • Manually access the log folder located on
    C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\IBM Robotic Process Automation\ in
    folders named by the date, in the format yyyyMMdd.
