Error description
Microsoft Office 365 objects protection was introduced with IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.5 version. Backup of OneDrive files with 0 bytes length can fail with the following messages seen in the job log : SUMMARY,..,CTGGA2398,Starting job for policy <SLAName>(ID:1234) id -> <JobId>. Problem conclusion
The issue was related to the files with 0 bytes size, the issue has been fixed, a backup of those files is not generating errors anymore.
