Error description

• In an example text: "RESERVE FUND - R$ 41.36", using the command
  extract numbers the output of the command both in the en-US
  culture and in the pt-BR culture is the same result as 4136.0,
  when in fact the output in pt- BR should be 4136.0 and in the
  en-US culture it should be 41.36 and not both cultures bring the
  same result.

Problem conclusion

  the culture that is passed in the parameter.
