Error description

  • Load chart will not display in Graphical Scheduling-Large
Projects and Graphical Scheduling when the user has a time zone
    setup and cross multiple days.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Choose an user without Time Zone setup
    2. Create an work order with 20 h duration and check
    Interruptible flag
    3. Add 2 tasks with a duration of 10 hours each - make sure the
    Interruptible flag is TRUE
    4. At the resource level add for each Task a Craft(Elect) with
    quantity 1
    5. In Graphical Scheduling or Graphical Scheduling-Large Project
create a worklist based on this work order
    6. Select a shift with 8 hours working time
    7. Check the Load chart of resources

The load displays 16 hours on the first day and 4 hours in the
    second day

    8. Define a Time Zone for the user like GMT+1
    9. Go back to the Graphical Scheduling and open the same record
    10. Adjust the Start at 7AM new Shift

    11. Check the Load chart of resources

    RESULT:

The load gets displayed just on the first day and the second is
    displayed without load.

    EXPECTED RESULT:

The load should display fine even if the user has a time zone
set up so the load should appear in multiple days to same as
when no Time Zone is setup.

    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
IBM Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.6.8.0
