IJ35519: THE WORK ORDER TRACKING ACTION TO MOVE/SWAP/MODIFY FAILS WITH BMXAA0154E

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
  When the user try to move an asset using Move/swap/modify dialog
  from Work Order Tracking application. The application launch
  shows this error:
  
  BMXAA0154E - Open Work Order exists for the asset AS005.
  Close/Cancel the Work Order WO006 before moving the asset and
  its assemblies.
  
  REPRODUCTION STEPS
  1. Assets -> NEW -> AS005 in BEDFORD, Save
  
  2. Work Order tracking-> NEW WO006
   More Actions -> Move/Swap/Modify
   Asset: that is not assigned to any open WO like AS005
   Move to location: a different site like LEASING in FLEET
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULTS:
  BMXAA0154E - Open Work Order exists for the asset AS005.
  Close/Cancel the Work Order WO006 before moving the asset and
  its assemblies.
  
  NOTE: AS005 is only in Site: BEDFORD and not anywhere else and
  as a newly created object not associated to any Work Order.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: The move should have occurred without error,
  as this newly created asset is not associated to this or any
  work order.
  
  Interestingly if you enter Move to Site: BEDFORD -> Execute Now
  it succeeds.

• If you enter Move to Site: BEDFORD -> Execute Now it succeeds.

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  package: release\fix pack for Release 8.x Product.
  Added a code block to validate the Asset Move across sites from
  Work Order Application.
