  Cannot Create custom Budget Focal Points
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create new Budget record and complete the required fields
  2. Select action - Manage Focal Points
  3. Add New
  4. Object is a custom object in Maximo, use ITEM
  5. Budgeted Attribute set to ITEMNUM
  6. Attribute description set to DESCRIPTION
  7. No Condition
  8. Click OK - BMXAA9116I - Some associations for the created
  axes are missing. Do you want to fix them now ? Click Yes
  9. Associate the New focal point to the budget rules for POLINE
  the Attribute should be ITEMNUM
  10. Click OK
  11. Add New focal point to Focal Points on budget record
  12. Select Action - GENERATE BUDGET LINES - CLICK OK
  
  UNEXPECTED RESULTS: BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has
  occurred.Please contact your system administrator for
  assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and date
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: budget lines generated to show costs made
  against identifier specified in the focal point.
  
  You should expect to see a budget lines generated with all
  items and associated costs.
