Error description
Environment: Rational Change 5.3.1.1. iFix 01 with setting LOWERCASE_LDAP_USERNAMES set to true Change and Synergy Users are stored in lowercase, example (x012345) AD users are stored in uppercase (X012345) Sample issues: Profile information of some users is not shown. This can be seen in different situations: a) Attributes of type CCM_USER only shows the user ID, e.g. in reports b) The page Settings-?Profile in Change shows no information c) A submit form, which prepopulates attributes with user profile information is empty. d) Perl scripts that want to send out an email using the command ?$csapi-?GetUserPreference($aUser, 'x012345', 'user_email')?get no result
