APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When installing the product and permissions to /tmp or dspmqver
  are not sufficient the error messages are only showing failed
  vproc operation but not the root cause of missing the required
  permissions.
  

Local fix

• Grant the installation user write access to /tmp and run
  installer again.
  

Problem summary

• IBM MQ V8's amqcache process uses certain OpenTMF calls
  as an action to transaction events.
  This can lead to the seen ems message.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been changed to make amqcache proceses
  not use these specific OpenTMF calls anymore, preventing
  the message from being generated.
