APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Routes for work orders linked with Service Addresses work but
    not if linked with ESRI Feature Classes (ESRI point features.
    
    Everyplace applications get this error:
    BMXAT0494E - A route requires at least two locations. To create
    a route, specify a route start location and a route end
    location.
    
    In Graphical Assignment the Dispatch tab shows no routes.
    
    These 2 problems are caused by the same root cause.
    
    Prerequisites to reproduce the problems:
    1. Map Manager setup with Spatial as Map Provider with Base Map
    and Asset Layer.
    ESRI User and Password Setup at the Map Manager area
    2. Setup the skd.esri.referer.url with the IP or Host da VM
    3. Enter 2 Assets and Link with the Asset Feature Class
    GIS_TRANSFORMER
    4. Create 2 Work Orders each with one asset and at Assignment
    tab add a Labor request on each (Wilson 1 hour)
    5. Create a Location and Link with a ESRI Feature Class
    GIS_TRANSFORMER
    6. Setup the Day calendar, extend the End Date and Apply the
    Day shift.
    7. Apply the Day Calendar and Shift to the Labor
    
    Steps To Reproduce the issue: Routes in Everyplace apps doesn't
    appear when Linked records:
    1. Go to Everyplace application
    (/maximo/ui/?event=loadapp&value=techtable)
    2. Filter by the Two Work Order created (Change the Query at
    the Advanced Search option)
    3. Open the Map Section
    
    RESULTS:
    Error BMXAT0494E - A route requires at least two locations. To
    create a route, specify a route start location and a route end
    location.
    If the Work Orders are not linked with ESRI Feature Classes but
    with Service Address with X, Y values the route works.
    
    Steps To Reproduce the issue: Routes in Graphical Assignment
    Dispatch tab
    1. Go to the Graphical Assignment application and create a new
    record
    2. Set the Calendar and Shift to Day
    3. At the Work Query add a query to select the 2 work orders
    4. On the More Information tab set the Start and End Location
    with the Location from the Prerequisite.
    5. Click on Apply Street Level Route action on the Common
    Action Menu
    6. Click to open the Dispatch tab
    7. Center at the Wilson Labor for the Day of the Assignments
    
    RESULTS:
    On the Map section no Routes are shown.
    If the Work Orders are linked with Service Address with X, Y
    values the route works.
