• Filter expression 'ascii([Data Item]) in (65,66,67)' in DQM
  report fails with error.
  XQE-PLN-0099 error using ascii() function with an IN operator
  filter expression
  

Local fix

• Change filter expression to:
  ascii([Data Item]) = 65 or ascii([Data Item]) = 66 or
  ascii([Data Item]) = 67
  
  or
  
  In base query use ASCII() function in data item without filter.
  use that as a reference query that filters data item from base
  query.
