Problem
HTML tag is not working when setting up emails for a scheduled job
While trying to use "Mailto" HTML tag, it is not working
Resolving The Problem
Need to select link in order for mailto to work:-
- select a report
- Select "Run As" >> run in the background >> advanced
- Select Delivery>> send report by email
- Click the gray drop-down on the "message body" of the email
- select "link"
- select email>> Add email and subject and run the report.
Making these changes fixes the issue.
