Rule execution fails with an invalid datetime format error if non-nullable timestamp columns are in a joined table such that the join returns null values. A similar failure occurs if a virtual column is used in an outer join or in an in_reference_column test.

Problem conclusion
Code was changed to detect if non-nullable columns were involved in an outer join of the data rule, and if so the generated osh is changed to nullable data types.
