Symptom
An ODBC driver is used to connect to SPA IQ
Cause
Name of the database was changed from "SYBASE IQ" to "SAP IQ"
Resolving The Problem
Change "SYBASE IQ" to "SAP IQ" everywhere in the cogdmod.ini
