• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Scheduled optimization scenarios are not working
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. In Graphical Assignment application
  2. Select one scenario (Labor assignment/spatial)
  3. Click on run optimization
  4. Select recurring or "At this time" option and click on SAVE
  button
  
  ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR:   Scenarios are not running at schedule time
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:  Scenarios should run at schedule time
