  *                      displays a new message when ABO detects *
  *                      a not LE enabled module, and skips      *
  *                      optimization of these modules.          *

  *                      eligible for ABO optimization, but      *
  *                      before this APAR would require the user *
  *                      to manually determine if the module was *
  *                      LE enabled or not before ABO            *
  *                      optimization was attempted.             *
