APAR status

Error description

  • A Graphical Assignment list will crash when displaying Graphical
    View with the message similar to:
    
    BMXAA4214E - An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your
    system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the
    <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error occurred.
    
    
    com.ibm.tivoli.maximo.skd.util.SchedulerException: BMXAT0046E -
    The model information for project failed to load
    
    This will happen when a CRAFT mapping to WMASSIGNMENT exist and
    if the Graphical Assignment list will be displayed after a
    Graphical Work Week will be displayed previously. The list will
    not load anymore until the application server is restarted.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Go to Graphical Assignment
    2. Bring up a list
    3. Go to Object and Attribute Mapping
    4. Add a CRAFT property with the mapping to WMASSGNMENT
    5. Go to Graphical Work Week
    6. Bring up a list
    7. Go to Graphical Assignment
    8. Bring up a list
    9. Move to Graphical View
    
    RESULT:
    
    BMXAA4214E error will be displayed and the list will be
    unusable until the application server is restarted
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    
    List should load fine

    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
