• BYPASS/CIRCUMVENTION:
  Disable any Joblog Data Gatherer

  When collecting joblog data and 1 byte remains in the collection
  buffer, a loop may occur, causing high CPU.
  

Problem conclusion

• Log Forwarder code has been changed to recognize the single byte
  remaining condition and prevent the loop.  JES2 APAR OA61894 for
  z/OS V2R3 (or the equivalent for other z/OS releases) may also
  be applied for this condition.
