JR63592: IBM RPA - GIT#36 - THE RECORDING DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE JAVA APPLICATION OF THE CUSTOMER

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The recording does not recognize the Java application of the
  customer.
  To test and validate this case, it is necessary to
  sign the terms to release access in the environments and
  install VPN. Has the IBM virtual machine, already configured
  for test.
  Versions: Client and Server levels: 20.12.5 or
  20.12.4 (I tested with both). Window Server 2012 R2 (IBM
  Virtual Machine - DTE2.0).

  The following solution was
  tested and was not given as a solution:
  Managed to replicate
  the issue on a clean 20.12.5 installation. After trying
  different things I found that enabling a feature on Windows
  solves the problem.
  
  Please try this out with the customer.

  - Make a clean installation of JRE
  2 - Open Control Panel (view
  large icons) > Ease of Access Center > Make the computer easier
  to see > Other programs installed > Enable Java Access
  Bridge.
  3 - Restart client computer.
  4 - Open the RPA Studio
  and try again.
