APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When running a Gatewayscript action in an Assembly for the API
Gateway Service the call to urlopen does not parse the
sslClientProfile parameter name properly.
The following error might be observed:
TLS connection to '...' failed, unable to
get TLS Profile '...'

Local fix

  • Append the word 'client:' to the profile name to make the call
work.

Problem summary

  • API Gateway does not find TLS Client Profile for urlopen call.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed in 2018.4.1.18, 10.0.1.5, 10.0.4.0
