Summary

Finished schedule executions are automatically deleted from the NC tables. Under heavy system usage, these can pile up in the queue resulting in pending executions showing up in Administration Console thus impacting performance.

Objective

Bulk cleanup process can be used to delete the finished entries from NC tables automatically during restart without the need to run NC_DROP scripts to clean the notification database tables.

Steps

The bulk cleanup process can be enabled by using the following advanced properties for the Monitor Service.
  • event.finished.check.active
  • event.finished.check.interval
  • event.finished.check.threshold
