APAR status

Error description

  • Backup of Microsoft365 OneDrive objects ends with CTGGR0026 "An
    unexpected error occurred when processing the job."
    
    In the diagnostic CloudAgent.log found in the job log bundle,
    the
    following error will be seen for the account:
    
    Status Code: Gone
    Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException: Code: resyncRequired
    Message: Resync required. Replace any local items with the
    server's version (including deletes) if you're sure that the
    service was up to date with your local changes when you last
    sync'd. Upload any local changes that the server doesn't know
    about.
    
    Affected versions: IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.5 and higher
    

Local fix

  • Run full backup with the new SLA for the problematic account

Problem conclusion

  • This problem has been fixed so when the tracking changes using
    delta cannot be used, e.g token has expired, the agent
    synchronizes the data backup state with the OneDrive service.
