APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    - Open Maximo and then the 'Work Execution' work center.
    - WO records show in the default screen (eg, with 'Overdue'
    filter).
    - Click on the card for one of them: the record shows with all
    the various fields (cards).
    - Click on the green 'back' arrow button in the top-left corner.
    - You are brought back to the default screen.
    - Click on 'Report Work' on one of the WO cards.
    - Click on 'Add Time'.
    - Enter a value for Start Time and for End Time (eg, 8:00AM and
    11:00AM for today's date)
    - Delete the entry by clicking the Close button in the
    top-right corner or click on Delete button on the bottom-left
    corner.
    - You get a quick 'Time deleted' message and then the Add Time
    window closes by itself.
    - Wait for few seconds and click on the blue 'back' arrow
    button.
    - You get message: "You must complete all edits before
    selecting this option."
    - The only option is to close the browser with the 'Work
    Execution' work center.
    
    RESULTS:
    You cannot go back to the SR record in the Service Requests
    work center.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    You should be able to go back to the SR record in the Service
    Requests work center if you decide to cancel the Add Time step.

  • You must close the browser with the 'Work Execution' work
    center and log back in again.
