Error description
Attempting to upload storage device logs using Storage Insights fails if the storage device has been added using an SSH key for authentication. Task failure in Storage Insights: Uploading system logs for system <SYSTEM> to ticket Logs were not collected from the device with serial number <SERIAL NUMBER> for ticket <TICKET NUMBER?. Any devices added using user/password authentication are not affected by this issue.
