**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM MQ Platforms affected: MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Potentially illegal sequence of calls to common services if MQ exhausts a shared memory set while a thread not running under the mqm account is initializing common services.
Problem conclusion
