Error description

• The event status for a storage system is shown as critical in
  Storage Insights when no critical events can be found for the
  device.  The Call Home notifications panel does not display any
  critical events, acknowledged or otherwise.  Any critical events
  that have been acknowledged should not factor into a critical
  event status anyway.
