• When multiple graceful restarts are submitted very close
  together, the parent process may crash.

  If a user or a service (like logrotated) causes multiple
  graceful
  restarts in rapid succession, one of the subsequent ones may
  crash if it is processed before the first one completes.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was updated to avoid registering signal handler
  callbacks on pieces of code that are temporarily unloaded during
  a restart, such as dynamically loaded MPM modules.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in IBM HTTP
  Server fix packs 9.0.5.10. For more information, see 'Recommende
