Problem
Planning Analytics Administration Alerts not getting generated while stopping TM1 services
Cause
Planning Analytics Administration by design only sends notifications if the service is stopped from the PAA console.
TM1 services stopped using other utilities such as services.msc will not generate alerts.

Resolving The Problem
Ensure to stop TM1 services from Planning Analytics Administration console in order for alerts to be generated.
