APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When you click the 'save' button to create a workstream, it
fails. The workstream error details windows open with no
details. If you go back to the workstreams list page, the status
 is still shown as draft. If you edit the draft, another
workstream error details windows opens with Error code as
_UNDEFINED_ and the error message is as follows:
Runtime error in script ("Process: "Workstream Mode Server'
ProcessItem: 'Run Workstream Operation' Type: 'ITEM'" 6:0).

  • This issue occurs because duplicated POs were created in the
SystemData and SystemData_TC toolkits during a system upgrade.
